Fort Bend Southwest Logistics Center is nearing completion!
We have completed construction on Buildings 1 and 2 at Fort Bend Southwest Logistics Center in Missouri City, TX. The finishing steps include paint touch-ups and the final cleaning until we have power and can complete the carpet installation in the offices and the startup of the equipment.
Over at Building 3, we have completed the roof and gutter installation. We are currently painting interior walls and completing the fire sprinkler installation as well. All concrete has been poured for both the buildings and the site, irrigation has been run and landscaping is in progress.
We have transformers onsite and all wiring has been run with CenterPoint and we expect to energize the buildings any day now.
Completion is scheduled for the end of January 2024.
