We are excited to announce that Rosenberger Construction recently broke ground on Denton 35 Exchange, in Denton, Texas. The project consists of two (2) concrete tiltwall shell warehouse buildings totaling 242,736 square feet. Building 1 has 113,400 square feet in a rear load configuration, while Building 2 will be a front-load warehouse with 129,336 square feet. Both buildings will feature a clear height of 32’ and provide easy access to Interstate 35. The completion for Denton 35 Exchange is the fall of 2024.
