Value Office Buildings are office buildings that are typically between 2 and 6 stories built using tiltwall construction. The term “value” means that this type of office building is less expensive than a traditional steel framed office building structure. The cost savings realized over a conventionally framed building is that the building’s ‘skin’ is now a load-bearing element of the structural support in lieu of perimeter columns and beams. The Value Office Building has the same core features on the inside as conventionally framed office buildings possess. Rosenberger constructed some of the first Value Office buildings in Texas and continues to construct these buildings for end users and developers alike.
