Post Oak in Houston, Texas is moving right along in 2024!
At Post Oak Building 1, the roof and fire sprinkler installation are wrapping up and we are patching tiltwall panels. Exterior paint, MEP rough-in, and glazing are ongoing and we have poured over 60% of the paving around the building.
Over at Post Oak Building 2, the steel and deck are complete and we are currently backfilling and pouring slab leave-outs. Roofing, MEP rough-in, fire sprinkler installation and patching tiltwall panels are ongoing. We have also poured over 25% of the paving around Building 2.
The new public road, West Airport Blvd., that runs between the buildings is constructed and the paving is ongoing as well. Post Oak is estimated to be completed in the next few months!
