PROJECT UPDATE: TRADEPORT BUILDING 2
Rosenberger Construction recently broke ground on the Tradeport Building 2 project in Houston, Texas. Tradeport Building 2 will be a 526,025 SF, 36’ clear height, cross-dock tiltwall warehouse with 6,144 SF office build-out and ESFR sprinkler system.
The site has been cleared and the building pad is currently being constructed. The final sections will be completed once the public road has been demoed and relocated. Up next we will start foundation work, utilities, MEP underground and road construction.
