PLUM CREEK BUILDING 3
Plum Creek Building 3 is a 489,000 SF auto body manufacturing facility. Included in this project are two interior equipment pits that are 30’x30’ and 29’ deep below the slab, 16,000 amps of power and 58’ clear heights. The pits and slab are nearing completion, the tiltwall panels are ongoing, and the structural steel will start going up soon.
