A lot of progress happening in Sugar Land, Texas at the Stiles Lane Business Park project. The slab for Building 2 was poured last week and preparations for the Building 1 foundation are starting this week. Forming for tiltwall panels on Building 2 will also begin this week, and continue for the next several weeks. Structural steel is due to arrive in mid-July with panel erection to begin on Building 2 towards the end of next month.
The Stiles Lane Business Park project will be two (2) shell tiltwall buildings totaling 107,500 SF. Building 1 has a 30’ clear height and Building 2 has a 28’ clear height, with an ESFR sprinkler system and detention pond. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
