Stonelake West Ten is a 196,000-square-foot, cross-dock tiltwall shell building, with a 32-foot clear height, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Rosenberger Construction added a 3,550-square-foot spec office during the construction of the shell. The entire MEP design/build project was completed in December 2021, and the building was 100% leased by the tenant within 3 months of completion.
