Design/build project, ammonia and glycol storage conversion from nitrogen to serve an existing 80,000 s.f. bakery. Ammonia and glycol serve both cookie and cake tunnel production lines. Includes 7,500 s.f. Class “A” office finishes, 2,400 s.f. cooler space and 8,000 s.f. freezer space with rack storage and 22’ clear height capacity.
