This project was MEP Design/Build utilizing subcontractors selected by Rosenberger Construction and features an ESFR sprinkler system, motion-activated LED hi-bay lighting, HVLS (high-velocity low speed) fans in each speed bay, along with ventilation. The interior of the warehouse has white painted interior perimeter walls, painted columns, and sealed joints and floors.
The exterior storefront displays unique LED strip lights surrounding the glass openings, canopies, sunshades, and thin-set stone veneer. Wrought iron perimeter fencing and gates provide security for the tenants’ truck court and trailer parking areas as well as stored materials.
Rosenberger Construction completed Empire West in March of 2021, six weeks ahead of schedule.
