Despite the challenging winter weather, the first 350,000 SF building slab for Mines West Commerce Center is complete in just a few weeks of the new year. Exterior footings are ongoing, tilt panels are being formed, and the second building slab is underway. We are also relocating 250,000 yards of on-site spoils, and site utilities will start in a couple of weeks. The team is also getting ready for the steel to arrive in a couple of weeks!
