Rosenberger Construction has broken ground on Gauge Fallbrook in Houston, Texas!
This project consists of three (3) tiltwall shell warehouse buildings, and a standalone pump house, all totaling 116,355 s.f., two (2) 32’-0” clear height buildings, one (1) 28’-0” clear height building, a full ESFR sprinkler system, plus related site improvements, including ROW turn lane.
