Rosenberger Construction has officially broken ground on Buda Industrial Center in Buda, Texas, just south of Austin. Buda Industrial Center is a 971,000-square-foot development for Stream Realty consisting of five (5) tiltwall buildings with clear heights ranging from 31’ to 36’, ESFR sprinkler systems and two (2) public roads plus utility extensions. Due to the large footprint of the project site, over 625,000 cubic yards of dirt will be handled during construction. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!
