PROJECT UPDATE: EMPIRE WEST BUSINESS PARK
Rosenberger is completing the last section of tiltwall erection at Building 1 on the Northwest corner. This will conclude our panel erection for all three buildings. We have about 95% of steel erected for all buildings and are currently installing the roof membrane at Buildings 2 & 3, which is on track to be completed by the end of the month. Paving has all been poured with the exception of the Northwest corner around Building 1.
