Rosenberger Construction LP is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. We are proud to have eight LEED AP project managers and officers on staff!

Two completed projects, Oak Park II and Intellicenter Houston, have received LEED certification. Two recently completed projects, Overlook at the Rim and Westover Office Center I, are pending certification. Both projects are located in San Antonio and expect to receive Silver LEED certification. We have two more LEED projects under construction!

HOUSTON OFFICE :

HCSS
Construction broke ground on the 45,000 s.f. build-to-suit for the software company’s new Sugar Land headquarters.  The project expects to achieve a LEED Silver certification upon completion in August, 2009.

Seismic Exchange Phase 3
Construction topped out on the five-story, cast in place concrete, Corporate Headquarters Office Building.  The project includes all interior build-out with high end finishes along with a 3-level cast-in-place parking garage. Completion is scheduled for the spring of 2009.

University of Phoenix – The Woodlands
Construction is nearing completion on the DESIGN/BUILD two story tilt wall office building totaling 65,575 s.f. Interior build-out for the lead tenant, The University of Phoenix, is included.

Lakeview Business Park
Construction commenced on three tiltwall office/warehouse buildings totaling 240,890 s.f. The project represents one of the first industrial projects in the City that will be LEED certified upon completion. Completion is scheduled for early 2009.

Walgreens Distribution Center
Construction is substantially complete on the 500,000 s.f. 32' clear office / warehouse distribution center located on Greens Road.

 

SAN ANTONIO OFFICE :

Old BAMC II Office Project
Construction is substantially complete on the 165,000 s.f. six-story, Class “A” office building at Fort Sam Houston.  The design compliments historic buildings located on the post and features a "progressive collapse" concrete superstructure and includes all core development.

Overlook at The Rim
Construction is complete on the 149,000 s.f. three-story office building at The Rim.  The project includes core development and is LEED registered for Silver certification upon completion.

Clovis Barker Business Park
Construction is nearing completion on a two building industrial project totaling 148,900 s.f. located in San Marcos, Texas.
