HOUSTON OFFICE :

V A Specialty Care Clinic (Amarillo)
Construction continues on the 23,368 sf two-story specialty care clinic. In addition to the new building, construction includes exam rooms, x-ray rooms, sound rooms and outpatient procedure rooms plus a chilled water HVAC system. Completion is scheduled for March, 2012.

Lufkin Industries (Victoria)
Construction is scheduled for completion in late December, 2012 for this design-build manufacturing facility with a large office component for Lufkin.

Missouri City Tennis and Recreation Center
Construction recently commenced on this project for the City of Missouri City. Completion is scheduled for May, 2012.

Hudson Products Corporation
Pre-construction services are complete and construction is underway for the new headquarters facility for Hudson located in Beasley, TX. Completion is scheduled for April, 2012.

Beltway Crossing 9 & 10
Construction recently commenced on two shell tilt wall office/distribution buildings totaling 123,350 sf for EastGroup Properties. Completion is scheduled for June, 2012.

Northwest 8 Phase II Building 3
Construction is underway for a 267,000 sf shell tilt wall warehouse for Proterra Properties. Completion is scheduled for June, 2012.

Southwest Electronic Energy
Pre-construction services are nearing completion and site clearing has begun on this new 57,000 sf headquarters for SEE. In addition to two-story corporate offices, the project includes manufacturing & production areas, electronics testing labs, machine shops and warehouse areas. Completion is scheduled for June, 2012.

Suhm Spring Works
Pre-construction services for this headquarters and manufacturing facility have commenced. Construction commencement is scheduled for March, 2012.

 

SAN ANTONIO OFFICE :

Main Event Legacy
Construction is underway on this 50,000 sf project including party rooms, bowling alley, billiards, laser tag arena, gaming area, commercial kitchen, café and bar facilities. Completion is scheduled for February, 2012.

Thousand Oaks Business Center
Construction is underway on this 109,000 sf two building tilt wall project for EastGroup. Completion is scheduled for March, 2012.
