Rosenberger Construction LP is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.

Two recently completed projects, Oak Park II and Intellicenter Houston, have received LEED certification. We have three more LEED projects under construction!

HOUSTON OFFICE :

Seismic Exchange Phase 3
Construction topped out on the five-story, cast in place concrete, Corporate Headquarters Office Building.  The project includes all interior build-out with high end finishes along with a 3-level cast-in-place parking garage.

University of Phoenix – The Woodlands
Construction commenced on a DESIGN/BUILD two story tilt wall office building totaling 65,575 s.f. Interior build-out for the lead tenant, The University of Phoenix, is included. Completion is scheduled for April, 2009.

Lakeview Business Park
Construction commenced on three tiltwall office/warehouse buildings totaling 240,890 s.f. The project represents one of the first industrial projects in the City that will be LEED certified upon completion. Completion is scheduled for early 2009.

Walgreens Distribution Center
Construction commenced on the 500,000 s.f. 32' clear office / warehouse distribution center located on Greens Road. Completion is scheduled for December, 2008.

 

SAN ANTONIO OFFICE :

Old BAMC II Office Project
Construction commenced on a 165,000 s.f. six-story, Class “A” office building at Fort Sam Houston.  The design compliments historic buildings located on the post and features a "progressive collapse" concrete superstructure and includes all core development. Completion is scheduled for December, 2008.

Westover Office Center I
Construction commenced on a 100,000 s.f. two-story office building with 9 acres of site improvements.  The project includes core development and is LEED registered for certification upon completion. Completion is scheduled for September, 2008.

Overlook at The Rim
Construction commenced on a 149,000 s.f. three-story office building at The Rim.  The project includes core development and is LEED registered for Silver certification upon completion. Completion is scheduled for November, 2008.

Clovis Barker Business Park
Construction commenced on a two building project totaling 148,900 s.f. located in San Marcos, Texas. Completion is scheduled for early 2009.
